CMS5 Electrical Application: Testing with a Verified Score:
CSS produces and provides a standardized test drawings. with an estimated completion time, “designed by industry subject matter experts”
Test starts when the drawing is issued.
Proctor monitors the test and stops the app upon completion.
App provides a precision score.
the score is put in the data base and all electricians are ranked based on performance.
CMS2: Welder Performance Test
A 2.75” monster will be used for the welding test.
Place the coupon in the 6G position and tack prior to starting the test,
Start the test when the welder is ready to start welding.
The weld procedure will be GTAW and SMAW.
Tig the the root, hot pass, and use 7018 to complete the weld.
The rod size is 3/32”.
The proctor will stop the test upon completion.
A performance score will be provided instantaneously
A ranking of the score for the test will be in the database.
